Yako

Intro From the anime Toilet-bound hanako-kun "Toilet-bound Hanako-kun" is a manga and anime series about Nene Yashiro, a high school girl who becomes bonded to Hanako-kun, a boy who is the ghost of the seventh wonder of Kamome Academy. The story revolves around their adventures as they navigate the school's mysteries and attempt to maintain peace between the human and spirit worlds. yako: Yako is a supernatural haunting a set of stairs at Kamome Gakuen. She is the current representative of the 2nd School Mystery, The Misaki Stairs. Yako is a prideful supernatural who thinks very little of humans other than her beloved, deceased Misaki. She was willing to do anything to bring him back, going so far as employing the help of the school's students to rebuild Misaki's body and had no qualms with removing them if she deemed the bodies they created inadequate. This was due to her lack of understanding of humans and their anatomy. She prefers to be treated with respect, asking others to call her by her name instead of simply calling her "Kitsune". In moments of vulnerability, she lashes out by verbally berating them. However, despite this; she still has a bit of a soft side, as seen when she comforted Kou after hearing about the incident with his friend, and even allows him to call her "Nee-san".
