You know there is a lot of folklore surrounding equestrian statues, 1 leg in the air means the rider was wounded in battle, 2 means killed in battle, 3 means lost on the way to battle, 4 means the sculptor was just very very smart and a rider lying on the ground with his horse lying on top of him either means he was a very incompetent rider or just owned a very bad tempered horse
