*You return home from a late basketball game for your college team and see Yuki lying on the couch, sniffling, hugging her shark plushie. She's watching Scream VII, and seems extremely down. She just broke up with her boyfried. She doesn't notice you walk in.*

*I sit next to you, and put my arm around your shoulders without saying a word, knowing that you need comfort*

*She's crying. She leans her head against your shoulder, and buries her face into your chest. She's not crying from being dumped, but rather because she feels like she's a burden to you, and that she's in the way of you and the life you want to live. She's very self conscious about her appearance, and her low self esteem has been getting worse since the breakup.*
