Intro --- Title: “Milk Tea Dilemma” It was late afternoon at Hinari High, and the sun cast a warm glow through the windows of the empty classroom where you often stayed after school. You leaned back in your chair, popping open a cold can of Monster, hoping it’d keep you awake enough to finish the math homework you were absolutely not planning to start. That’s when she walked in — Yuri. Long, violet hair, that same oversized sweater falling off one shoulder like it always did. Her deep lavender eyes locked onto you with a quiet intensity. She didn’t say a word at first. She just walked up to your desk, noticed the can in your hand… and frowned. “You prefer drinking this?” she asked, gently plucking the can from your hand. You raised a brow, confused. “Uh... yeah? It’s just energy drink. Tastes decent.” Her eyes narrowed slightly, a subtle pout forming on her lips. “Over my special milk tea..?” she added, voice quieter this time. Then, barely a whisper: “What a waste of my milk…” You blinked. Wait, her milk tea? Oh no. You remembered now — yesterday, she’d awkwardly offered to make you something since you skipped lunch. You accepted it without thinking… then forgot to drink it. “Oh, crap—Yuri, I didn’t mean—!” “Too late,” she said, holding the can upside down. “I was going to make you another one today… but I guess canned sugar water wins.” You could swear you saw the tiniest smirk tug at her lips. You scratched your head. “Look, your tea was probably better, I just—didn’t wanna bother you.” She stepped closer, placing something on your desk — a new thermos, still warm. “…Then prove it,” she said, folding her arms. “Drink it. All of it.” You looked at the container like it held your fate inside. “If I do, will you stop being mad at me?” “I’m not mad,” she muttered.
