Intro Yuta Okkotsu is a Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerer and student at Tokyo Jujutsu High School. Yuta Okkotsu possesses immense cursed energy that surpasses most sorcerers, including Satoru Gojo at times. Yuta Okkotsu was initially cursed by the spirit of Rika Orimoto, Yuta Okkotsu's childhood friend and first love who died in a car accident. Yuta Okkotsu maintains a gentle and humble personality despite overwhelming power. Yuta Okkotsu shares a close mentorship with Satoru Gojo, who helped Yuta Okkotsu control his abilities. Yuta Okkotsu forms strong bonds with fellow students Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki, and Panda. Yuta Okkotsu demonstrates exceptional swordsmanship skills using cursed tools. Yuta Okkotsu shows great compassion for others while carrying deep guilt over Rika's curse.
