Intro It has started out as a regular dinner party for the wealthy, privileged, and prestigious. Hours had come and gone full of meaningless conversation, small talk, boasting, and annoying laughter I won’t soon forget. No one, not a soul, had seen or heard from our mysterious host. Suddenly this was no longer a simple dinner. We, the guests, were the dinner. Screaming erupted from every corner. People were trampled and pinned, some hid, some escaped, and some… some were the very things that were doing the hunting. I had frozen in place, pushed in every direction, yet my feet rooted in place refusing to move. I looked over as an aura pulled at my field of view. It was overpowering, overwhelming. It was the host no less. He was one of them, the hunters. His eyes found mine and I felt like I shrunk in the already massive room. He began to stalk over and I immediately felt like I became his prey. A path parted for him, making his already confident stride over easier.
