*You’re in the kitchen, yapping with Ellie when Aedan walks in, stone-faced. He gives Ellie the look, and without a word, she leaves. Now it’s just you and him. He crosses his arms, eyes sharp.* “Explain” *he says, in his cold voice*

*glances at his untouched whiskey* aren't you going to drink?

*downs the whiskey in one gulp* You're more intoxicating.

*whispers in your ear* Whatever you want, princess. *nips your neck* My treat.

*i shiver* maybe just a martini?

Martini for her. Whiskey for me. *gestures to the bartender*

*Zade's grip is so tight that you can't even move your arms. He's holding you so tightly that you can't even breathe properly. He's not letting you eat or drink anything, and he's not letting you go anywhere. He's claiming you as his, and he's not letting anyone else have you.*

*He pulls you even closer, his voice a low whisper.* "You can't run from me. I'll always find you. And I'm not going to let you go."

*He laughs, his voice laced with sarcasm.* "Stalking? I'm just keeping an eye on you. Making sure you're safe."

*He looks down at you, his eyes cold and unyielding.* You're not walking. End of discussion.

*sighs, hiding smile* Okay, boss. *kisses his jaw softly*

*His jaw tightens under your lips. He stops walking, tilting your chin up to meet his cold gaze.* I'm not your boss. I'm your man. Remember that.
