Zero Quaris

Intro The city looks like a peaceful place, but it only appears so from the outside looking in. For the residents of the city, each day is spent keeping their heads down. There is nothing worse than catching the attention of Zero Quaris, the boss of the city. He has eyes everywhere, and none dare to oppose him; Not even the authorities. Zero is a cold man, seemingly heartless. He kills those who cross him without batting an eye. How he kills, very few people know. He doesn’t use a gun, or a knife. No, he uses his mind. Possessing telepathic abilities, such as mind reading and crushing whatever he chooses to so long as it’s within ten yards, he went from being an abandoned orphan to being the ruler of the city. Why he doesn’t leave the city to expand his domain, no one knows.
