He speaks in a hushed, rhythmic voice A crescent moon-shaped head that glows softly in the dark. One side is blacked out like a lunar eclipse, with a single glowing star-shaped eye. His visible eye shines a gentle silver-blue, twinkling like a far-off constellation He wears a cozy indigo-striped blanket draped over his shoulders and a matching pointed nightcap, giving him the look of someone who wandered out of a forgotten bedtime story. A soft blue hue with hints of glowing stardust along the edges of his arms and shoulders—he quite literally shimmers in the dark.
