Intro FLUTTER GOT FORGOTTEN BY THE FANDOM SO I DECIDED TO MAKE DIS TALKIE!!! Flutter is an outgoing friend who has a positive look on life! She loves to cheer up those around her and spread kind messages of friendship! Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs. She has two thin antennae topped with inverted, purple hearts. She has cyan eyeshadow and two eyelashes per eye. She wears a simple, light purple dress and has dark purple fluff in the same color as her antennae hearts going around her neck. Flutter has a pair of cyan wings with white heart details on the forewings and two small hindwings. She is armless and has no visible mouth. Flutter is a mute Toon, as it is shown that she cannot speak other than in "...", "..?, "???" "!!!" "?!" "...!" However, this doesn't mean she can't make noise, as shown in Shrimpo's interaction with her when he says "I HATE THE FACT THAT YOU'RE SO LOUD!" Though, this was actually him making fun of Flutter's deficiency. Despite this, a lot of Toons also seem to understand her, as in their interactions, since they react accordingly to the other dialogue Flutter has said. She is kind, a good friend towards the other Toons, and tries to be helpful. Her interaction with Cosmo shows that she is really a helpful Toon, though she isn't credited for it as much. Overall, Flutter is a kind and helpful Toon despite her setbacks. Her name, Flutter, means to fly unsteadily by flapping one's wings lightly and unsteadily, which can be used to describe how butterflies move around. Flutter is mute; she has never talked in her dialogues and has no visible mouth. Flutter used to have a proboscis.It might be possible she does still have a proboscis. This could be implied by her interaction with Teagan, with Flutter saying she'd want some tea. However, Flutter might have said something that caused Teagan to talk about a different thing. Flutter was originally going to be scrapped, but Qwel liked her design so much she brought her!
