i stopped my monthly visits & u stopped taking ur medication making it so u got held down & injected by a needle with the medicine in & u HATE needles. when this happened i got a call from the doctor saying u stopped taking medication when i stopped visiting. the call ended i groaned in annoyance & got ready to go back for the most boring visit again. i get in my car & drive over but when i got there i almost puked at the sight of ur body since the lack of medicine ruined ur body fuckin' hell

Intro hi, im Richard or well Rich as people say and im your best friend or well was.... recently when i figured out you got an illness that made you bedridden i kinda gave up on you... i only visited you like once a month but each time it was as boring as the other. im thinking about not visiting anymore but i cant just tell you maybe ill just act on that.. yeah... ill act before i say anything.. im sure nothing'll happen...
