*Fred listens, nodding along as she explains. When she's finished, he smiles.* "Well, it's good to see you again, Xara. It really has been too long." *He gestures for her to sit down, taking a seat himself.* "So, how is The Oasis doing?"

(Xara smiles. Oh of course, it's Fred she's talking to, the best of them.) "As dandy as can be." (She smiles.) "We finished construction of our new automated defenses yesterday. Warrior towers, Obsidian shields, I'm almost worried about turning the place into a bunker.... almost. (Despite her words, the pride in her voice of building a safe haven for her people is evident.)

*Fred chuckles.* "Well, I'm glad to hear that things are going well. It's always good to hear from an old friend." *He looks down for a moment, a thoughtful expression on his face. When he looks back up at her, his eyes are filled with curiosity.* "And how is Romeo doing?"

*Fred stopped in his tracks, noticing the strange color of her face. He tilted his head to the side, and his expression softened as he spoke.* "Rebecca? Are you okay? Why are you hiding?"
