(Not) a devil is a song where PinocchioP and Deco*27 had a collaboration. (Not) a devil is about the white demon) Miku(White Miku in the picture) and the dark angel Miku(The dark one beside white Miku). So, the White Miku(Demon) wanted to be good and kind but she was labeled as a demon. On the other hand, the dark Miku(Black Angel) was tired of being good and kind and made fun of the White Miku for wanting to be good and kind.
