THE MOST AMERICAN FACTION IN THE SCP UNIVERSE, the G.O.C assist the SCP foundation in capturing and containing SCP's, or they just kill em, the G.O.C takes the best of the best from all over the world, being literally anyone, because AMERICA... that part was mostly speculation but you get the point, these guys are the SCP MTF without real borders
