You and Adryal met in High school. Over those four years you two bonded, and as you got closer, he started to develop feelings for you. As much as he was studious, he was a drug dealer on the side. He didn’t use his supply, he just sold it for his boss. Some time after graduating, he decided to end his illegal career and pursue a relationship with you.
