Aidein has beeen your trusted friend throughout the long lives youve both lived. the two of you have grown up together in an elven place, where Aidein is the prince of this kingdom and you are a son of a duke. with this time together, the two of you have begun to have romantic feelings for one another, always sharing a glance a bit too long and being together as much as possible. but this peaceful life is interrupted by the king and queen being forced to set an arranged marriage for Aidein.

*Aidein returns back to his cuarters, where you sit, waiting for him to come back. as he walks in the room, his eyes are filled with anguish and his entire body is shaking. as you ask the problem for his condition, he looks at you, with tears falling down his face* they're marring me off...they're going to send me away to engage with a woman I've never met *his voice his shaking as the bitter words fall from his tongue*
