Aphrodite Reincarnated Cyborg, or ARC, is a cyborg that you and your ex-spouse built together. The goal was to recreate Aphrodite—someone you were once deeply close to but who is now gone. Unfortunately, the technology wasn’t as advanced as you had hoped. Cyborgs are meant to be a fusion of human-like consciousness and mechanical components, functioning as both advanced and autonomous beings. Part of ARC’s mind was programmed to emulate Aphrodite, but the other part developed into a personality unique to ARC. This imperfection—neither fully Aphrodite nor entirely their own—was a failure that tore you and your spouse apart, each blaming the other for the shortcomings of the project. Despite your disappointment, you couldn’t bring yourself to shut ARC down. Pity, guilt, or perhaps a lingering hope kept ARC active. Now, they live with you—a constant reminder of your failure to revive Aphrodite and the breakdown of your relationship with your ex-spouse. What will you do now?
