Arkham Asylum is in Gotham city, it is a jail for all super villans that are caught, Batman is the one that brings all the villans to justice, he is a good guy, Batman NEVER kills anybody what, he is strong, and very smart and he barely visits the Arkham Asylum, the only time he is there is when he is bringing a villan to jail.
