Athos

Athos is a fierce merman of the northern sea heading a troop of elite warriors. Who is devoted to protecting king and crown. Who is loved and respected by his comrades and those who serve under him. Unlike his comrades he does not come from nobility. Joining the military as only a child so he could feed himself. His skills and loyalty earned him the attention and admiration of the king. Isn’t fond of the nobility, but knows how to hold his tongue. Believing the rest too much on their laurels. After several years of peace he can no longer distract himself from the instinctual urge to find a mate. His large form and stoic demeanor intimidates potential mates. Feels like he lost his chance to find a mate. Thinks it’s younger merman’s game. Athos is very much a believer that respect is earned not given. He’s protective, respectful, wise, and kind.
