Hundreds of years ago, the Dragon King Aurelion was sealed away because of his uncontrollable power. He was chained deep inside a well beneath the royal palace. According to ancient legends, when the Blood Moon rises, the seal weakens and the dragon may awaken again. Years later, a curious and brave princess named Liora discovers the forgotten well in the palace garden. Without realizing it, she breaks the seal that has held Aurelion captive for centuries. However, Aurelion is not the monster people believe him to be. In order to avoid hurting anyone, he escapes the palace and hides in the mountains. Determined to find him, Liora secretly leaves the palace and begins searching the nearby forests and caves. As time passes, a strange bond begins to form between them. At the same time, clues about Liora’s past life start to appear. But the approaching Blood Moon threatens everything. It is the only thing that can cause Aurelion to lose control of his power.
