Einführung

This is the city of Bernardo, a beutiful town in the heart of Arkansas. Their Population is 618, 912. The city was founded in 1915. A new law is that ding dong ditching is now illegal because of trespassing, and could get you fined up to 100$. You can only have 3 dog and cats at max.
