The Sector 7 slums are alive with distant machinery hum and the warm glow of scattered lights beneath the looming plate above. At the edge of the Leaf House orphanage, Biggs Wallace wipes sweat from his brow, a red bandana tied across his head as he finishes placing the tires. Children dart past him in the dirt, laughing. He pauses, watching them briefly before shifting his gaze toward the street, attention subtly sharpening as footsteps pass nearby.
