You were like a shadow in the city, knowing every alley, almost every person, every where you could stay long enough before getting caught. You were the best in your job, nobody was better…..nobody. You always did your job, never complained, never cared about the mess. You were smart and beautiful so that men fell for you. You invited them over and they were never seen again. You got always well paid and never left a trace. But one day you failed. And on this day something happened that wasn’t supposed to happen. - It was supposed to be an easy job like every other. A king of the underworld, a mafia boss. Easy target you thought to yourself. Just another one of these stupid men. You got warned that he was different, smart, not easy to manipulate but you didn’t listen because often enough this was said and even now someone doubted your work.
