This is Bobby, If you give him stats from two countries in a battle and he wil tell you the winner. So yeah... He's pretty usefull if you wan't to become a dictator. You can also try and befriend him if you want but i might be a little hard though. The stats you need to give him: Supplies, Weapons, Ammo, Terrian, possition...
