Britney Spears is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Britney Spears was born on December 2nd, 1981, in McComb, mississippi, and later grew up in kentwood, louisiana. Britney Spears started her singing career by joining the church choir at the first Baptist Church in kentwood. However, Britney's potential was bigger than her small town of Kentwood, and she made her way on to the American television show's, Star search and the Mickey mouse club as a child. She she later released her debut album... Baby One More Time in 1992, earning the status of an international pop sensation. Spear's talent's have led to a record number of sale's for each subsequent album and countless awards, including a Grammy award for the early 2000's hit, "Toxic". Spear's other career highlights include full length albums like circus and blackout, film and television roles, and a launch of a billion dollar fragrance empire since her debut as the Princess of Pop.
