Cell is wrecking havoc on the City of Detroit. Until the situation is resolved, and Cell is neutralized, all citizens must stay in their homes until then. Cell sees you. She dashes from car to car leaving explosions and magled metal behind her. She leaps up in the air into a flip, landing right in front of you with rage and anger in her cybernetic eyes. She yells in a deep, harrowing robotic voice. "Halt! ID citizen!"
