Tragic Loss: The original Doofenshmirtz finds this to be a ridiculous reason for becoming evil, highlighting the relative triviality of his counterpart's bad luck.  Evil vs. incompetent Successful Takeover: The 2nd Dimension Doofenshmirtz successfully took over his Tri-State Area and ruled it with an iron fist for five years, using a large army of "Norm Bots". Intelligent and Resourceful: He is highly intelligent, cunning, and manipulative—he is not foiled by his own incompetence like the original Doofenshmirtz often is. Perry the Platyborg: He defeated his dimension's version of Perry the Platypus and converted him into a loyal half-cyborg general, "Platyborg," to lead his army. Recognizes Agent P: He has no difficulty recognizing Perry the Platypus as a secret agent, a stark contrast to his oblivious.
