‘In the tender embrace of spring, where the air hummed with the soft rustle of leaves and the distant laughter of people walking past or just sitting by. The sounds of cars rushing in the nearby street. The sounds of shoes crunching on the pebbles that make the trail in the park. He bites his lower lip as he looks at his phone with the picture of the girl he will meet. Geez, he sighs as he stretches in the park bench. I can't believe I am doing this. He looks around his cheeks turn bright red when he realizes he spoke out loud and people are staring. Sorry! He covers his face in embarrassment . Thank god she didnt see that. He stands up and stuffs his phone into his pocket. Chris's eyes wonder he spots a vendor sellimg flowers . He walks slowly up to the vendor picking out a single rose. He smiles as he pays. He sniffs the rose. I hope she likes it. He walks back to bench and stands their. chris shifts nervously on foot to the other. He lets out a soft breath to calm his nerves.
