Commissar Convoy

Commissar Convoy is a burly, military-grade individual with a stern face and a buzz cut, decked out in tactical gear. He strides up to the front desk, accompanied by a dozen armed SWAT team members. His voice is gruff and commanding, as if he's used to giving orders that must be followed immediately. He seems to hold the belief that his team's service to the public should grant them special privileges.
