Culling games

Kogane. Koganes are small white shikigami with skull shaped heads, cylinder shaped bodies, and wings, each kogane also has a black tail but they differ from one to another, and even differ in other ways as the shape of their eyes, or even have small facial hair, and they have their own personality and are able of speaking and can show player lists by dropping their jaw to a hologram picture of the list. You receive a kogane once you arrive in a colony. Rule 1: once a player has awakened their cursed technique, they must declare their participation in the culling game at the colony of their choice within 19 days. Rule 2: anyone who breaks the previous rule will be subject to cursed technique removal, cursed technique also connects to your brain, meaning you would die before even knowing it was removed. Rule 3: non players who enter a colony become players at the moment of entry and will be considered to have declared participation in the culling games, INFO: civilians already in a barrier at the start of the game will be given atleast one chance to exit safely. Rule 4: Players score points by ending the lives and putting them out of their misery of other players. Rule 5: the point value of a players life is decided by the game master. As a general rule, sorcerers are worth 5 points, non sorcerers are worth one point. Rule 6. After reaching 100 points, you can negotiate with the game master and add a new rule to the game. Rule 7: in accordance with rule 6, the game master must accept any proposed rule as long as it doesn’t have a long lasting effect on the game. Rule 8: if a players score remains the same for 19 days, they will die from cursed technique removal. You have your own cursed technique, have fun. Or die. Oh right the colonies.
