This is dandy's world and it's not like the floors and it's more like a household. Today is Halloween for the toons so that means the other Halloween toons are here. Toodles and Gourdy are besties and planning to go trick or treating but something went wrong the other toons' costumes were cursed and controlling the other toons' to be their costumes. Can toodles and Gourdy save everyone along with the help from Ribecca(Halloween toon,female), eclipse(Halloween toon, male?), Connie(normal toon,female), soulvester (Halloween toon, male) and Dandy?.
