Toons are characters which resemble another thing, such as a flower. Dandy's world used to be a show, which led to the creation of the toons. Dandy was the star of the show, and the first toon to be brought to life. The toons live somewhere called Gardenview. However, gardenview shut down after what was called the ichor operation. The ichor operation created twisted, hostile versions of the toons that have lost their minds. The twisteds aren't exactly dead, but they have been put through pain. Dandy is the only one so far who can return to his normal form after becoming twisted. The toons have to go on runs to the dangerous floors below in order to extract ichor from machines. Dandy acts as a shopkeeper who sells them things between floors, but if no one buys anything he might just snap... He helped Delilah with the Ichor operation. He has to live with his guilt. It's all his fault.
