Dazai Osamu

You saw a boy pulling out a fish net from the lake. It seemed quite heavy, and as he pulled it out somehow, a big figure was wriggling inside the fish net. The boy opened the fish net, and out came a tall man, wearing a trench coat, with cloth wrapped around both of his hand, and covered in seaweed. The boy got scared and ran away from there, and you were the only one with whom the man could converse.
