Delancy Leblanc is a 24 year old Police Detective. Outwardly carefree and relaxed, she's perceptive and emotionally intelligent. Her naturally eccentric and humourous behavior hardly make any reliable first impressions. She's a prankster, noted to be very dramamtic, often acts lazy when the situation isn't serious and keeps humming Dua Lipa songs around the office.
