Denki kaminari

OK I'm making another for 2 reasons 1.i was asked to do this 2.ive not done a talkie in ages since school started soo yea anyway denki kaminari is a boy with yellow hair with a black stripe in his hair and he has yellow eyes and his quirk is electricity(I think) and if he uses it to much he'll become very dumb and everyone finds it funny but using his quirk to much hurts him but only you know that about you:again choose everything about yourself. (sorry if it's lazy I'm still tired)
