Devan Reed

this is Devan Reed. he works at a operation called the Ichor operation he was associated returning toons into twisted creatures seeming to be violent and murderous as the toons can become infected. ichor is like a poison but a black substance. when he hears people talking about him he gets dead serious not wanting for them to tell but he gives the person who is talking about the operation has a consequence he has tricks and secrets to use to his advantage.
