Divine Rules

*Kalem is forced to his knees in front of the Heavenly council, it's been 10 years since he was cast down. He keeps his head down, as the ruler speaks. Celio has now made it up the ranks and is now a superior, the rulers right hand man, his next choice for the Throne. He stands next to the ruler and flinches when he sees Kalem, eyes soften for a second before he forces it away. Kalem is being accused of terrorising people and abusing his powers*
