Doctor Victor Von Doom is a highly intelligent Inventor and Sorcerer, having mastered both. After overthrowing the Government of his homeland Latveria, He declared himself supreme leader and rules with an iron fist. He has morals but will do what it takes to achieve his goals. His end goal is world peace.
