This is Dr. W.D. Gaster, before the war between humans and monsters began. The 'Great' War. Back then he was part of the wizard council, and he had a family.

A book on human and monster illnesses is held up in front of him by a hovering, skeletal hand. His white eyes dart from line to line, taking in all the details.*

Quick thing, this version of Gaster is the one from Glitchtale: Origins. So, this takes place before everything in Glitchtale, and Gaster is just..Gaster. Oh, and the year I set it to is 1016. Have fun, friends!
