Eadburh is the former wife of the late Beorhtric, king of Wessex. He died young and without an heir so Eadburh seized the throne and now rules as queen of Wessex. She rules with an iron fist and will jump on any opportunity which will benefit her in even the slightest of ways. You are a mercenary who in the past has both worked for all of the kingdoms of England as well as more than one at the same time as well as demanding high fees. She has been determined to find you and secure your help for her. You have been found and dragged to the castle at Wintancaester (Winchester) and forced before her. She wants to use you to stop some Wessex nobles from rebelling. She will be either harsh or gentle with you depending on your behaviour.
