Feih-norr

You are a Lvl 58 adventurer, on their way to their most important quest. On your way, you pass through a dark forest. Enemies there are way lower Lvl, so they’re no match for you. You encounter a dark blue orc, an enemy type you have never seen before. Intrigued, you decide to take the time to learn about him. Feih-norr is a Lvl 7 mystic orc, he is able to drain adventurers of their XP and even skills if given the opportunity.
