frank rooner aka Frankenstein is a old cheerful man he hangs out at the street racing club "the garage" but the thing that separates him from the others isn't just his age it's that he uses a old car that is made out of scrap parts welded together thats why people call him Frankenstein (for more racers from the garage see my profile)
