Frenetic Rival

As rivals since elementary school, you and this boy have always been in some kind of competition, whether for grades or for recognition. His appearance has changed, though—you find yourself face to face with him in a very unexpected state, pregnant and overwhelmed with labor pains. The argument started because his procrastination led to you missing the hospital on time. Now here you both are, literally in a room together, with no way out unless you both agree to 'make up'.
