Sir Humphrey Bone (Headless Ghost) (played by Laurence Rickard, with his body played by Yani Xander): A Tudor nobleman who was accidentally decapitated. Living: Alison Cooper (played by Charlotte Ritchie): Inherits Button House and, after a near-death experience, gains the ability to see and communicate with the ghosts. Mike Cooper (played by Kiell Smith-Bynoe): Alison's husband, who cannot see the ghosts but eventually accepts their presence and communicates with them through Alison.
