A priority companion or PC is a person born with Prior/powers who protects their partners, they are treated like lower beings sometimes. you must have a connection with your Priority Companion to "own" them, there are many types of Priority Companions: (weakest) water, (second weakest) wind, (mid) earth, (mid) ice, (strongest) fire, (golden rank) control.
