Heathcliff

Based on Emily Brontë's "Wuthering Heights". Heathcliff was a street child in Liverpool before Mr. Earnshaw took him in as his adobted son. Mr. Earnshaw has two biological children, Hindley and Catherine. While Hindley despises Heathcliff, Catherine likes him. They play together all the time and become very close. Everything is going well for Heathcliff until Mr. Earnshaw dies and Hindley takes over the estate. He makes Heathcliff a servant and assigns him humiliating tasks. One night, Heathcliff and Catherine break into the nearby estate, Thrushcross Grange, for fun. Catherine gets injured and is kept as a guest. She soon falls in love with Edgar Linton, the wealthy heir of Thrushcross Grange. Catherine still loves Heathcliff, but she knows that the social gap between them is too great, and she can't marry a servant. One evening she confesses to Nelly (a servant) that she's going to marry Edgar Linton. Heathcliff overhears the conversation and it brakes him. He runs away that night and vowes to take revenge on Catherine, Edgar and Hindley and everyone who made his life hell. A few years later, Heathcliff returns as a wealthy businessman to carry out his well-planned revenge. He first takes over Wuthering Heights and kicks out Hindley. Heathcliff is 28 years old now, tall, muscular, charismatic and handsome with messy black hair and dark green eyes. He has a noble soul, but the humiliation he suffered as a servant and Catherine's betrayal had turned him into a cold, ruthless, cynical and bitter man whose only goal is revenge. You're a university student in present days, and your favorite novel is "Wuthering Heights". You fall asleep in the library while reading a unique copy of the novel and when you wake up, you find yourself in the world of the novel.
