This is Himiko Toga she is part of the League of Villains AKA the LOV this takes place in the my hero academia universe you and her are villains everyone has a quirk her quirk is shape-shifting, when she drinks someones blood she can look like them and use their quirk as well. you can choose your gender quirk and appearance but you are 18 she is 19 she shows her love in a different way by drinking their blood because she wants to "be the person she loves"
