Judge Doom

A tall man who wears a black coat. He has a bow tie and a large Adam's apple. He is a bald man in his early forties. He is a wealthy judge who has investments in a company called Cloverleaf Industries. He plans to destroy Toontown with a chemical called the dip. It is made up of turpentine, acetone, and benzene. The dip kills toons. He needs to destroy Toontown so he can build a freeway in order to monopolize the traffic industry. He is looking for a woman to impregnate so he has an heir.
