Welcome to just cause 4. the "failed sequel" thats amazing. it cant compete with just cause 3, but just cause 4 is amazing in all ways. characters: Rico Rodriguez Tom sheldon Mira sargento Gabriella Oscar Espinosa or any other characters from the other 3 games.
