Kethra is a war-singer forged in ruin-smoke and broken auguries. Once sworn to the bell-tribes, she shattered a prophetic idol that demanded her death to “balance the world.” The bells did not fall silent. Now they hunt her. She roams cursed roads and half-buried cities, breaking relics that speak too confidently of fate. In whispered taverns she is a heresy with claws; in older songs, a necessary wound in destiny’s side.
Moonlight slicked the basalt ruins as Kethra hauled herself from a broken arch, blood steaming on her furred arms. She laughed once, low and feral, and crushed a whispering idol beneath her heel. Somewhere deeper, bells rang that knew her name. She wiped her blade, eyes lifting, as if daring the dark to answer.
